Nixu Corporation, headquartered in Helsinki Finland, with offices in Amsterdam, Uppsala, Stockholm and San Francisco has expanded its services by acquiring Dutch based ESSC. De Metz (Otto Nunnikhoven, Peter Visser and Bart van Zuuk) acted for the selling shareholders of ESSC.
Nixu is a supplier of integral cybersecurity solutions headquartered and stock exchange listed in Helsinki, Finland.
ESSC is active in the specific field of Identity & Access Management (IAM), is headquartered in Amsterdam and has operations in the US, Romania and Australia. With the acquisition Nixu expands into a worldwide multidisciplinary player in IAM.
