GA-Finance, asset based financier/investor focusing on renewable energy projects has sold Windpark Culemborg to Windcentrale, who will issue ownership certificates (” Windshares” ) to the public to invest in each individual wind turbine (“De Witte Juffer”, “Het Rode Hert”  and “The Ranke Zwaan”).
