Industrie Polieco M.P.B. S.p.A. has acquired 100% of the share capital of The Compound Company located in Enschede, the Netherlands. De Metz (Peter Visser, Toine Wilms and Marlon van der Maat) acted as Dutch legal counsel to Polieco. Other advisors to Polieco on this transaction included Rembrandt M&A, EY, Gitti and Partners, Corporate & Recovery.Legal, Van der Feltz Advocaten and Melchers Rechtsanwälte.
