Kewaco has acquired the shares of W4Y Adviseurs, based in Harderwijk. De Metz (Peter Visser and Marlon van der Maat) acted as legal advisor to Kewaco in this transaction.
Kewaco is the parent company of a group active in construction management, project management, quality management, and site supervision for major developers and investors in the Dutch real estate market. The Kewaco Group includes, among others, BBC Bouwmanagement in Etten-Leur and Galjema B.V. Technisch Adviesbureau in Zoetermeer.
W4Y Adviseurs is an independent consultancy specializing in the design, implementation, and management of building-related installations and the sustainability of buildings.
The acquisition creates new opportunities for growth and synergies. With W4Y Adviseurs now becoming part of the Kewaco Group, a direct connection is established between sustainability, building installations engineering, and project management.
