De Metz advises on the sale of Cammio to StepStone.

The online job platform StepStone, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, has acquired Dutch based Cammio, an expert for video recruitment solutions. De Metz (Peter Visser) acted for the selling shareholders of Cammio.

Cammio offers innovative video recruitment solutions to support the entire application process – from the first contact with candidates and job interviews to the selection and recruitment of new employees.

Cammio offers digital job interviews and automated video interviews as well as video formats for motivation letters, video pitches and video messaging. These different video solutions are combined with speech-to-text technology, a scheduling module and AI-driven personality analysis.

StepStone is an online job platform employing more than 3,500 people and operating www.stepstone.de as well as further online job platforms in several countries. The company, founded in 1996, is a subsidiary of Axel Springer SE.
