RJT Finance has taken a majority stake in Luminext.
Investment company RJT Finance has taken a majority stake in Luminext, formerly part of Eneco Group. De Metz (Peter Visser) acted for RJT Finance.
Luminext leads the market in smart, energy-saving dimming systems and cloud software for public lighting management in the Netherlands. The involvement of RJT Finance as new investor offers Luminext the opportunity to continue to grow optimally. Director Robert Tissing of RJT Finance also becomes a member of the company’s board of directors. Eneco Group remains actively involved with the company as a shareholder.
