De Metz advises the founders/shareholders of Equivalence in the partnership with OAZ

Equivalence and OAZ are combining their expertise and services. De Metz (Peter Visser and Marlon van der Maat) acted as legal counsel to the founders/shareholders of Equivalence with Aeternus Coroprate Finance acting as financial advisor. OAZ en Equivalence both provide services focused on optimizing the use of subsidy and compensation schemes, as well as auditing SV and Whk premiums. In advising on and implementing ZW, WGA, and WW self-insurance arrangements, and through its in-house developed innovative software EQUnet, Equivalence complements OAZ, while OAZ, in turn, is an authority in training subsidies within the healthcare sector.
