Triacta, the private equity investor based in Baarn, the Netherlands has sold Stradus Aqua to Tubobel. De Metz (Peter Visser) acted for Triacta.

Stradus Aqua is the market leader in Belgium for sewer pipes and inspection drains and produces a broad spectrum of customised and prefab concrete products. Tubobel is a strategic party active in Belgium in the same industry.

Triacta is a hands-on PE investor with a focus on midsize businesses with headquarters in the Benelux.
