The litigation practice of De Metz comprises, amongst others, various types of proceedings before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber (‘Ondernemingskamer’), arbitration (both domestic and international) as well as civil law proceedings before the Dutch courts concerning banking, securities, corporate, commercial and employment law related disputes.
